Carlos Sainz said Williams has added upgrades and reduced car weight, but the gap to the front has increased. He has not scored in the last four races, while Alex Albon last scored in Monaco.

Sainz climbed to 10th on the first lap at Silverstone but finished 17th. He said Williams needs to analyse why its expected lap-time gains are not appearing.
