The track-only hypercar is due to run at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend. Red Bull said Newey, Isack Hadjar and Yuki Tsunoda will drive it up the hill climb.
The RB17 has spent more than five years in development with Red Bull Advanced Technologies. It uses a naturally aspirated Cosworth V10 capable of 15,000rpm.
