Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz face a stewards' investigation over their actions under double yellow flags.

The FIA summoned Verstappen, Sainz and representatives from Red Bull and Williams after Sainz locked up behind Verstappen following Lewis Hamilton's FP3 crash at Spa.

Hamilton damaged the rear-right of his Ferrari at the Fagnes chicane, leaving the team with limited time to repair the car before Belgian Grand Prix qualifying.
