Bortoleto followed eighth place at Silverstone with another P8 at Spa, giving him consecutive points finishes for the first time this season and leaving him as Audi's only points scorer.
The 21-year-old reached Q3 in Belgium before matching his best result of the season, while Nico Hulkenberg finished 13th after suffering a hydraulic leak during qualifying.
