McCullough will depart after 13 years with the Silverstone organisation, which he joined as Force India's chief race engineer in 2014. He later became part of its senior leadership team and served as performance director.
A 2025 management restructure moved McCullough away from Aston Martin's Formula 1 operation. He has since overseen projects in other racing categories through the company's Performance Technologies division.
