Audi launched the programme in January with Formula 3 driver Freddie Slater and F1 Academy racer Emma Felbermayr. Former F1 Academy driver Carrie Schreiner serves as a mentor.
McNish began planning the scheme in 2023 and said Audi wants to develop drivers as team leaders while supporting their future lives whether or not they reach Formula 1.
