Russian and Belarusian drivers, teams, competitors and officials may now enter international and regional competitions without signing a neutrality commitment. The World Motor Sport Council approved the change on August 3, and it remains in force until further notice.
National flags, colours, symbols and anthems may be used again, but the FIA continues to prohibit international competitions in Russia and Belarus. It may introduce further measures to comply with sanctions or other obligations.
