Ukraine challenges the FIA's decision to lift its ban on Russian competitors.

Ukraine's federation alleges that its Russian counterpart operates offices in Russian-occupied Ukrainian regions, breaching rules that permit only one automobile club in each country. It wants the offices closed and the Russian federation sanctioned.
