Marcin Budkowski takes charge of Cadillac after Graeme Lowdon's departure.

Cadillac replaced Lowdon with Budkowski immediately before the Dutch Grand Prix. The change followed recurring reliability problems, including brake overheating, a small fire on Valtteri Bottas' car in Hungary and suspension faults.

Lowdon's recent Formula 1 experience centered on business leadership, while Cadillac selected Budkowski for his more recent technical knowledge. Communications chief Lucy Genon also left the team during the leadership change.
