Javier Milei says Argentina is ready to bring Formula 1 back to Buenos Aires.

Milei invited Formula 1 to return while opening the FIA American Congress in Buenos Aires, arguing that Argentina has the racing tradition, drivers and institutional conditions needed to host the championship again.

Argentina last held a Formula 1 race in 1998. All 20 previous editions took place at the Autodromo de Buenos Aires Oscar y Juan Galvez, where a proposed redevelopment failed to proceed in 2017.
