Newey owns 17,287 Ordinary D shares, which carry voting rights and appear to be employee incentive shares created specifically for his holding. They do not include the additional powers granted to some other Aston Martin shareholders.
Newey joined Aston Martin early in the 2025 season after two decades at Red Bull and has concentrated much of his work on developing the AMR26 Formula 1 car.
