Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon will race in white, green and navy cars based on the championship-winning FW07C at the 22-turn Madring circuit.
Williams revealed the one-off design with Sainz at Plaza de Callao. The team last raced in Madrid with Alan Jones and Carlos Reutemann at Jarama in 1981.
