Lando Norris renewed calls to change Virtual Safety Car rules after its timing cost him the Spanish Grand Prix lead. He had passed the pit entrance when it began, and it ended before he could return for a cheaper stop.
Norris said drivers had previously proposed keeping each VSC period in place for at least one lap to give everyone a pit stop opportunity. He acknowledged that he had benefited from the rules in the past.
