Marcin Budkowski says Formula 1's pace took some adjustment after he replaced Graeme Lowdon at Cadillac before the Dutch Grand Prix. He identified placing people in suitable roles and improving teamwork as priorities.
Cadillac remains the only team without a point in its first season, with Valtteri Bottas' 13th place in China its best finish. Budkowski said he was encouraged by what the team had built.
