Isack Hadjar described Max Verstappen as the prime example of Formula 1 excellence after experiencing his first season alongside the four-time world champion at Red Bull. The Frenchman called himself lucky to work with Verstappen at such an early stage of his career, praising both his driving ability and personal character.

Hadjar highlighted Verstappen's consistency as his most impressive quality, noting that he rarely has low moments and always delivers what he aims for on track. The Red Bull driver explained that while he might master a few corners on any given circuit, Verstappen maintains the same high level across all 15 corners of a lap.

The 22-year-old emphasized that Verstappen creates his own luck through precise timing and positioning, never making mistakes when it matters. Hadjar said the challenge of matching Verstappen's benchmark in every session provides excitement and motivation that differs from anything he experienced in his previous racing career.

Speaking on the Beyond the Grid podcast, Hadjar revealed he can usually reproduce what Verstappen does when studying data, but the four-time champion's ability to consistently perform at that level makes the crucial difference in lap times over a full session or race distance.
