Hulkenberg started and finished 13th in the sprint, but the Audi driver was summoned for allegedly leaving the track and gaining a lasting advantage at Turn 9, better known as Copse.
Gabriel Bortoleto also struggled with Audi's starts, saying he dropped towards the back on the opening lap and that the team needed to fix a trend that has hurt its races this year.
