Colton Herta said he would not rate his first Formula 2 season highly as he continues trying to build a path toward Cadillac's 2027 Formula 1 plans. He has not yet discussed next season with Cadillac.

Herta is 17th in the Formula 2 standings with 20 points, 10 behind Hitech team mate Ritomo Miyata. His next Cadillac FP1 outing is planned for the Hungarian Grand Prix, with two more 2026 sessions still being decided.
