Stefano Domenicali said Qatar and Abu Dhabi remain confirmed, but Formula 1 will relocate the final rounds to Europe if regional conflict still prevents the scheduled races from proceeding.
Domenicali ruled out ending the season in Las Vegas and said Formula 1 wants another race after the November 21 event. No European replacement venue has been confirmed.
