Andrea Stella says Oscar Piastri must adapt his driving style to the McLaren MCL40.

Stella said low-grip conditions force Piastri to think through his inputs instead of driving instinctively, costing him several tenths of a second. He described the problem as technical rather than psychological.

Piastri finished sixth at Zandvoort after losing pace on his second set of hard tyres. He has two podiums this season and has not won a race for a year.
