Sergio Perez sees progress at Cadillac despite another scoreless race.

Perez finished 15th at Zandvoort but felt more comfortable after Cadillac changed parts and setup during the weekend. He said the car showed strong pace in clear air but remained up to one second short of the midfield.

Valtteri Bottas retired with a hydraulic problem 11 laps from the finish, his sixth retirement in 12 races. Cadillac remains without a point in its first Formula 1 season.
