The Ukrainian Automobile Federation is reportedly taking its challenge to the FIA Court of Appeal after the governing body allowed Russian competitors to participate and display their national flag again.
The federation argues that its Russian counterpart operates offices in occupied parts of Ukraine. The FIA has retained its ban on events in Russia and Belarus, while Formula 1's Russian Grand Prix contract remains cancelled.
