McLaren approves its rotating rear wing for future races.

McLaren completed mechanical and aerodynamic checks during Friday practice in Hungary. Andrea Stella said the track findings matched simulations, allowing the team to approve the design without using it in the race.

The upper flap rotates forward in straight-line mode to reduce drag. McLaren developed its version after Ferrari introduced a similar solution and Red Bull produced its own variation.
